Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup maida/All purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 3/4 cup powdered sugar 1/2 cup strawberry pulp 1/2 cup milk 1/3 cup oil 3-4 spoons ghee as needed Whipped Cream as needed Strawberry as needed Chocolate pallets Few Mint leaves for garnishing

Directions

  • Take a bowl and add ½ cup maida and add ghee. Now mix it well and knead the dough. keep aside for 10 minutes to rest.
  • Now roll the dough and cut strips then roll the strip around the round utensil and fry it in Kadai.(u can bake if you want but if you don't have an oven then deep fry it, the taste will be same). Now round pie or circular tart is ready.
  • Take a bowl and sieve maida, baking powder, baking soda and mix it well. Now sieve again 3-4 times.
  • Now add sugar, oil, strawberry pulp and milk a needed and make cake batter ready.
  • Now grease tray and pour the batter in it, then bake in preheated cooker for 25-30 minutes. After that cool the cake.
  • Now cut in a small circle with a cookie cutter. Cut circular portion of the cake in half and set in round tart.    
  • Now decorate with strawberry, chocolate pieces,whipped cream and mint leaves and serve it.
